Frequently Asked Questions About Our Photography Sessions
Having a photography session can be a little stressful! It’s our job to help answer all of your questions & make sure you’re comfortable in-front of the camera! We answer all the frequently asked questions about our photography sessions down below!
Is there a deposit for my photography session?
Yes, we take a $100 deposit to book your spot! The balance is due the day before the scheduled session!
How long are your photography sessions?
A typical session is about 45 minutes – 1 hour. We do offer mini session for kids as well so keep your eye out for those dates!
What to bring to a photography session?
Kids– bring some of their favourite treats, a change of clothes (just in case) & a favourite toy always helps put a smile on their face!
ADULTS– Always bring loose powder to touch up & chapstick for the lips.
What to wear to a photography session?
To make a long story short, neutrals & non patterned clothing always looks the best & stays timeless. Still need help? We have the Ultimate “Before Your Session Guides”.
Can I bring my dog to the photoshoot?
Yes! We love pets they’re always welcome to join your family sessions.
Where are you located?
We’re located in South Oakville, Ontario! Although we shoot all around Halton & the GTA.
Do you have any travel fees?
For locations outside of Oakville & Burlington we charge a travel fee depending on how far you are! Although, we have a variety of locations that are completely free of any travel charge!
What is your cancellation policy for photography sessions?
Any client who does not cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of session will forfeit their deposit and it will serve as a cancellation fee. The fee can be credited towards a future session if the client reschedules the appointment by calling 48 hours prior to the date of session and re-booking at an agreeable date and time.
When do I get my final pictures from my photography session?
Our typical turnaround time is 7-14 days depending on your package!
Do you offer any printing services?
No we do not. We provide all our photography finals in high resolution digital files. This makes it easier for you to print you images from your preferred printer.
